About Us

I have 20 years experience as an organization consultant, executive coach and facilitator. I have run a thriving consultancy for over 10 years and in this time I have worked with a wide range of clients, both private and public sector.

I work with individuals, teams and organisations to enable them to maximise their strengths, and meet the needs of the business. I work in partnership with clients to design programmes. My approach is highly participative. I particularly enjoy working with organizations on organisational cultural issues and receive feedback that I am a highly skilled facilitator.

I have a Post Grad Diploma in Human Resource Development, an MSc in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge Business School and have completed their Coaching for Organisation Consultants programme. I finalise the accreditation process in autumn 2011 as an Ashridge Accredited Coach.

I am also qualified in and use Myers Briggs Type Indicator – Step I & II, 16pf personality profiling, Level A & B psychometric testing and Firo-B. She also uses internal 360 tools where appropriate.

I have regular supervision for my coaching practice.

Whilst I am the main consultant, I have a number of colleagues and associates I work with when appropriate.
