Jean facilitated a strategic planning workshop for the Pride network for UBS Investment Bank.  This included helping an already successful network to focus on their broad vision for the network in the next 5 years and to focus on specific objectives to achieve in the current year.

Jean designed and delivered a series of ‘master classes’ for diversity networks within an Investment Bank as well as for City Pink, a network for Lesbians working in the City. Topics included

• Developing a team

Jean facilitated a weekend off-site for a successful and rapidly growing consultancy company. This included focusing on the team’s strengths and potential pitfalls, using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® to understand individual personalities within the team and reviewing the team’s values to ensure alignment with the business direction.

Jean designed and delivered a 3-day Women in Leadership Programme including working on emotional intelligence and career planning and

Jean is currently co-running a 5-year leadership programme for a group of Clinician Scientists – doctors who are also leading researchers in their fields. The programme includes workshops, one to one coaching and focused organisation visits.

Jean has facilitated an action learning set for 15 months for a team of general managers in a large NHS organisation. The action learning set provided the managers with an opportunity to reflect during a period of major change.
