Consulting Skills for Internal and External Consultants
For 20 years I’ve worked as in internal and external consultant. I have an MSc in Organisation Consulting. In 2005 I travelled to the US to spend a week learning from Edgar Schein, the father of Process Consulting. To run the consulting skills programmes, I work with equally experienced consultants.
The consultancy programmes are based on Edgar Schein’s Process Consultancy model. They combine introductions to models and techniques and come with a toolkit for consulting and facilitation. In my programmes I bring together theory and practice. This breadth puts me in a unique place to help others learn robust consulting skills and approaches.
The programmes run from
- Introduction to Consulting programme - 2 days
- To a 10 day programme run over a year which includes action learning groups and one to one support
I believe that the main tool a consultant has is themselves. Therefore I work with people to help them know themselves well in order for them to be effective in their consulting practice and provide full focus on their clients.
