In my work as an organization consultant and executive coach, I am privileged to work alongside individuals and organizations helping them look differently at business issues and to focus on building robust relationships which enable individual and organizational success.
I particularly enjoy working with women in leadership roles and have a track record for helping them gain confidence, overcome obstacles and navigate their way through organizational challenges to achieve their career goals.
With 20 years working in developing people and organisations and hands on experience of senior leadership roles I bring wide experience and with evidence of making a difference for my clients. I work with the complexities and challenges of today’s working environment and I am intrigued by how people can access their own voices and strengths and how leaders can create inclusive organisations.
