Leadership Development

Jean develops Leadership Programmes which are tailor made to the needs of your business.  They are particularly aimed at developing the Emotional Intelligence of leaders through increased understanding of themselves.

The programmes are participative and use the participants experience from their leadership roles rather than case studies or role plays.

Programmes can include
