Team Management Profile

The Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile is a team development tool. The focus of the model is on the different tasks needed for a team to be high performing. Each person in the team completes a questionnaire and receives a customized report. The report identifies individual preferences for the different tasks and individuals receive personal feedback on what creates personal success and high team performance. The information can be used within the team to identify team strengths and gaps.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument is a tool for helping individuals understand different types of behaviour which people might exhibit in conflict situations and to recognise their own possible behaviour.

16pf

The 16pf is a personality questionnaire which measures sixteen personality factors which might account for the way a person behaves. With over 50 years of research it provides a robust tool for both selection and individual development.

Thinking Environment™

Developed by Nancy Kline, the Thinking Environment™ is a set of principles for helping people to get the best from their thinking. This means knowing how to treat people, how to offer them the highest quality attention, and how to ask incisive questions. We use the principles of the Thinking Environment™ when designing our programmes and events to enable high quality thinking to help create high quality decisions.

FIRO-B®

The FIRO-B® questionnaire measures differences in the way people behave towards each other on three different scales. These are how much people want to include others and want to be included, express affection and how much affection they want and in how much control they seek and wish to exert.  It is useful for both individuals and in team settings.
