My coaching clients come from a wide range of professions and backgrounds - from the private and the public sector. They are senior leaders, directors and academics. I have particular experience in coaching those who have come to leadership via a profession, for example doctors, researchers, accountants and lawyers. I work with these highly qualified people in a way which enables them to apply their natural ability to learn quickly about themselves and the others they are leading.

My experience shows that as we build trust and work together, clients become more effective leaders, particularly in working with people they had previously found difficult to work with. Clients often describe improved productivity, increased confidence, greater insight into their strengths and enhanced emotional intelligence.

I design bespoke Leadership Programmes which are tailor made to the needs of your business.  They are particularly aimed at developing the Emotional Intelligence of leaders through increased understanding of themselves.

The programmes are participative and use the participants experience from their leadership roles rather than case studies or role plays.

I have worked with a number of organisations consulting on organization wide projects. For example, supporting a change initiative, facilitating focus groups and gaining feedback and working with executive teams on issues relating to organization culture and values.
