My coaching clients come from a wide range of professions and backgrounds - from the private and the public sector. They are senior leaders, directors and academics. I have particular experience in coaching those who have come to leadership via a profession, for example doctors, researchers, accountants and lawyers. I work with these highly qualified people in a way which enables them to apply their natural ability to learn quickly about themselves and the others they are leading.

My experience shows that as we build trust and work together, clients become more effective leaders, particularly in working with people they had previously found difficult to work with. Clients often describe improved productivity, increased confidence, greater insight into their strengths and enhanced emotional intelligence.

Consultancy Skills

Most people in client facing role are working as a consultant in one way or another. However, organisations seldom equip people with the skills to function effectively as consultants.

Our Consulting Skills Programme works with client-facing teams in the organization, and provides training that lead to more client-centred consultants who are able to deliver what their clients need and want time and again.

Facilitation

I have extensive experience of facilitation including team development with a range of teams from Boards to front line delivery or customer service teams.

Leadership Development

I design bespoke Leadership Programmes which are tailor made to the needs of your business. They are particularly aimed at developing the Emotional Intelligence of leaders through increased understanding of themselves.

The programmes are participative and use the participants experience from their leadership roles rather than case studies or role plays.

Organisation Consulting

I have worked with a number of organisations consulting on organization wide projects. For example, supporting a change initiative, facilitating focus groups and gaining feedback and working with executive teams on issues relating to organization culture and values.
